Adam Gonzalez

Adam Gonzalez is founder and CEO of A Game Productions, an independent Los Angeles based television and film production company.

Over the course of two decades, Adam has produced and executive produced programming across Bravo, MTV, VH1, E!, Paramount+, Discovery, TLC, Syfy, AMC, and other leading networks and streaming platforms, including work on Emmy Award winning programming. His experience spans unscripted, documentary, live, and scripted production, from the first idea through final delivery.

Growing up in a Cuban family, Adam was surrounded by remarkable women who could turn almost anything into a story. They encouraged his imagination early, indulging his endless ideas for characters and television shows long before he knew there was a job for someone who couldn't stop dreaming them up. That instinct still shapes the stories he wants to tell today, particularly those built around unforgettable characters, unexpected worlds, and voices that haven't always been given the spotlight.

Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, Adam has led productions and collaborated with teams throughout Latin America, bringing a global perspective and cultural fluency to both the creative and production process.

Throughout his career, Adam has built a reputation for developing culturally resonant programming that treats audiences and subjects with equal respect, from franchise defining unscripted series and documentary projects to live programming and original scripted development.

Under Adam's leadership, A Game Productions became MTV Entertainment Group’s first Production Entity and was selected as part of MTVE’s landmark initiative partnering with BIPOC and women led production companies to expand representation and opportunity across development.
